I just went to the bathroom and it all came out undigested. I had a big bowl of macaroni and cheese for lunch and it came out looking exactly the same.
What should I do?

You won't want to hear this but you should eat it again--it didn't get digested the first time. It won't taste bad or even make you sick. Just scoop it out and eat it a second time and this time it should process normally.

Maybe it is because your GF kicked you in the balls? I would eat it again and see if it gets digested on the next pass. Or feed it to the GF that kicked you in the balls :-)
