I love that verse II Corth.12:9
But he said to me,"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, i delight in weakness, in insults, in hardship, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Yes many times the Lord has helped me through very difficult times. When my daughter was born she was not expected to live, but she did. Then when she was 3, again was not expected to live but she did. I had 3 brain tumors, very sick but now doing better, my son at 16 found unconscious under a bridge, could have died, but he didn't. And when my mom passed away the Lord was there to see me through. Each & everytime when things became overwhelming, my Lord was with me.
