Things are worse now, I went to talk to her, and it happened again, but I beat her pretty bad this time.

she does not have to fight back for it to be rape. all she has to do is say no. of course without any bruises, torn clothing or marks on her legs she wouldn't have an easy time convincing a jury. a relatively good lawyer would get you off easily. if all comes down to your word against hers. without evidence that a rape took place there is reasonable doubt that it did especially if she did not report it and go to hospital straight away.

Yes, easily.
Some colleges have instituted a rule, that unless she signs a paper that she wants to have sex that night with you, then your rear is up the river.

Can you see that though. Being very romatic and passionate. "Hang on. Before we go any further, I need you to sign this agreeement."

Girl:" Oh Forget it. I'm not in the mood now."

Yes!
Your fate will be determined by the jury based on whose story is more trustworthy.

Chances are you will lose. Even you don't lose, the trouble of going through the court and paying lawyer doesn't worth it. With the money and time you spent, you could have plenty of prostitues.

You seriously need to get some help buddy, if you don't already know the answer to that, i like what the one guy said about her being paralyzed with fear. something rings true with that one.>Oh and then you did it again but this time beat her? are you seriously for real cause no ones that stupid, maybe you should get your IQ tested on your way to jail.

get your bum ready for bubba, buddy. I've been to jail and every person convicted of rape is a target. Have fun. It's gonna be the worst time of your life.

Yes Matt, you can. See, the evidence is the question here itself. You have just self-incriminated yourself and you admitted to doing it again and beating her? You better find a good attorney, you will need one.

yeah pretty much, no is no.....but if i was you i would go appologize and make sure she doesn't tell her you couldn't control yourself cuz she is just so beautiful...let her think on it becuz rape is not a good deal. sorry bud but you might be in sh*t over your eyeballs..goodluck

P.S. be careful next time...lol the most intense sex is when you both want it. not just you..

yes and no. in most cases, no means no. however, she would have had to go to the emergency room and get checked out. if they find no signs of rape, i don't know if they can charge you or not. it would be your word against hers.
