Recent studies show that brushing once a day and before going to bed is enough to have healthy teeth. Having said that, brushing twice will not hurt. The reason about brushing before breakfast is recommended that after breakfast the oral PH will be acidic and brushing in such PH level will cause enamel to abrade easily and that's why brushing after consuming alcohol is not recommended.

The bottom line: brushing once before going to bed and mouth rinse with water after meals is good; i mean by brushing is brushing each single tooth and floss between teeth.

To be honest the more you brush, the whiter, brighter and cavity free you'll be as an adult.

Of course many people cheat to show that they have white-bright teeth but they're mostly TV icons and can afford to pay for it.

And if you are already an adult. It's never to late to treat yourself good by brushing well. Y ou'll see a difference in the first week and that's without the teeth whiter's,

Well, we should really brush our teeth after eating anything! I brush my teeth before breakfast, and then again after.

Is this a dumb blond question? You're an adult you should know the procedure. Have you never ever learned any of this from you dentist? Everybody knows this even little kids know the brushing rules. How old are you anyway?
