I have been having this itchy problem on my scrotum for a couple of months now and is desperate to break out of the vicious itch and scatch cycle. My scrotum has this whiteish patch with small bumps and pimples like spots that is very itchy, whenever i scratch it, there will be some sort of flaking of some whiteish dirt from the skin. The scrotum skin will also thicken after scatching.

I have suspect it could be Eczema and have been applying the Egoderm Cream every night before i sleep and using the Pinetarsol Bar to wash the area but the itch is still persistent.

Help!

Stop self medicating and go to a dermatologist. You may have a fungal infection and what you are using is not effective for that. You must be properly diagnosed to receive any real comfort. If cost is a concern, it shouldn't be.... we're talking about your scrotum for god's sake, get to the doctor.

Sounds like yeast to me. Id ask a doc about what you should do. Itll only get worse if it goes untreated. Yeast can get SEVERE quick.

Ive lived with yeast overgrowth for 5 yrs now and am being treated for it for the past 9 months. Its hard to get rid of once it has taken over your system.

The patches you described sounds like yeast, definately seek a docs help.

It sounds like you need to get the advice of a doctor. I have heard of itchy scrotums being caused by perfumed toilet paper or dyes in colored tp.

Could be a fungal infection.. Jock Itch.. why not just ask your Dr.. The testicles are as you know a very sensitive area.. be careful with the creams you use.

Call and make an appointment with your doctor. Also, have you recently changed laundry soaps, body wash or even the boxers or underwear you would normally wear?

Go have a dr examine it. That's what they're there for.
