Flirting usually entails different little hints and signs that just talking to someone don't. The common ones are frequent little touches, or standing closer than they normally would when just talking to someone. Also, they look at you different than they look at everyone else. It is usually present even in the tone of voice they use and how they talk to you.

Flirting is expressing sexual interest in someone, but not blatantly. Flirting often involves body language as well as talking. It's possible, and can be a lot of fun, to flirt with someone without trying to get them to have sex with you.

Flirting is done with the whole body involved. For instance, my boyfriend claims to be friends and talking with a waitress in a restaraunt. He was tugging on her apron strings, laughing and it was more than just talking. He thinks I am a dumb *** or something.

flirting is where some people make sexual jokes or they smile a lot. They might compliment you. but if they are just talking then your not trying to get some or make you laugh a whole lot.

talking is just, you dont want them and you have no reason to let them think any thing other wise, flirting is when you come on strong and drop hints that you want them by saying little things and/or touching.
