You're lucky. If you stored this Champagne right, it is still drinkable through 2009 and is worth about $ 200.-
Rated 96 Wine Spectator
Full-bodied, assertive and rich, this packs bundles of character into a superbly balanced, dry-style Champagne. Robust flavors of walnut, fig and butter are carried on a lively frame of acidity and elegant effervescence.
If I were you I would not sell this fine Champagne, but drink it at a special occation. Enjoy!

The key really is how well you stored it. People who are paying good money for this bottle are paying because they are expecting a really high quality wine when they open the bottle. However, a wine can very easily be damaged by heat, light, and other issues. If you are intending to bring this to a liquor store and sell it to them, they might be very suspicious of your ability to have stored it properly and only give you a few dollars in case it's completely undrinkable.
If on the other hand you're saying that someone you know said "I want to have a party and the only thing I will drink is a 750ml bottle of Bollinger 1981 RD" then your trick is going to be finding a liquor store you trust who can get you that bottle. I know many people who have ordered wines like that mail order from far away, and the wine was destroyed during shipping. If for example the wine is perfect, and then it's shipped to you in July and sits in a truck all day long at 110F, by the time it gets to you that wine will be vinegar.
So if your intention is to get your hands on some, your best bet is to find someone locally who has had it since 1981 and who cared for it properly.
If you already have this wine, then I would care for it as carefully as I could and drink it soon.

No more than $200.
You can buy it for $200 retail from Schneider’s of Capitol Hill see http://www.cellar.com
If you are thinking how much you can sell it for, it will be less.
