Cut lengthwise and scrape out seeds. Dip in flour, milk,refrigerate for 10 mins. Re-dip in milk, roll in coarse cracker or bread crumb mix'. Fry in vegetable oil till golden brown . Serve warm -- goes well with fried chicken.

You can freeze the banana and then cut it in small pieces and have it with sugary milk.Doesn't it sound cool and sweet.

Stuff them with ground spiced beef and rice..... cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes.

I SPLIT THE PEPPERS DOWN THE SIDE AND REMOVE SEEDS AND PULP............I THEN FILL WITH BULK SAUSAGE(I USE HOT)I THEN DIP/ROLL IN EGG OR MILK ,,,,,,,THEN I TOSS IN SHAKE N BAKE AND BAKE IN OVEN ON COOKIE SHEET..........THESE ARE GOOD AS APPETIZERS OR SERVE WITH SPANISH RICE FOR A MEAL...........ENJOY
