Actually the answer is to get rid of the Coke and drink a ton of water, excercise at least 20 min a day (even a walk around the mall or the neighborhood), eat 3 smaller meals and 2 small snacks a day, and get at least 7 hours sleep a night. Sounds like a lot.....just give it a try for 2 weeks....if it doesn't work go back to downing Cokes and feeling exhausted all the time. Good luck!!!

A good night's rest as well as some physical activty. If you need to pull through the night, perhaps a brisk 10 minute walk could help. If you are driving, pull over and take a short nap, followed by a short walk. Caffeine and sugar will only pep you up for maybe a half hour, afterwards, you will probably feel even more run down and tired. Hope this helps.

A cat nap for 10 min. I work all different kinds of shifts from Am, Pm and over night too. In the middle of my shift I have a nap at my desk. I'm normally awoken by a ringing phone but a little cat nap helps me get through my shift. No one has ever said anything too me, well a security guard laughed at me but I caught my manager having a nap once on the over night shift so he can't say much if he catches me.

First, make sure you are getting all the sleep your body requires. We are not all alike. Second, get plenty of exercise and sunshine. Both help to ease fatigue (I know, sounds strange that exercise eases fatigue, but it does). Third, relax, take a yoga course or anything that teaches you deep breathing, it is very important in easing fatigue.

How about getting enough sleep and eating and exercising. Coca cola is just a quick fix due to the sugar but as quick as it picked you up it'll drop you too

it sounds kind of stupid but exercise, really tire yourself out and youll sleep better at night, if you have already tried everything and nothing helps see a doc you might have a sleeping disorder alot of people do.
