I think what really happens is a person does not loose their memory, the memories are still in the brain, they just can't get them out or it takes a while to get them out.

I have found that by keeping notes, jotting down names and information, all I have to do is look at the notes and my memory of the event returns and becomes clear. I also keep an appointment book for the same reason.

Get in the habit of writing things down and you will be alright.

Practice increasing your focus. I used meditation to do this & it really made a big difference; it was because I didn't focus correctly, instead let my mind speed along too fast & it didn't stay still long enough to pick anything up. Meditation is concious directed attention & it functions to help the meditator increase control over their restless mind. There are many styles & I'm not sure whether it matters what style you do, so long as you do it every day.

Good Luck!

try the health food stores like a GNC, there are specialist to help you that are professionals in this manner , if you're not satisfied you may always contact your doctor. I drink HissupTea , it's known for clarity of mind , Also take a B -12 tablet each day . it seems to be working. Also pray to God for clarity of mind remember he says he'll never leave us nor forsake us and I believe it, because he not a man to lie.

Ooh, there is this new thing for adults (I'm serious about this - - maybe you've seen the commercials for this) on a gameboy, where you play brain fun...I can't remember what the name of it is, but in the commercials it says it continuously monitors your "brain age" & so you can watch it as it gets younger as your brain gets more "nimble".
Hmmm...can't remember the name of it, but "brain age" may be part of the name.
