A lot , a lot of flower spp. are insect polinated.

Off hand I can name the orchids , Ascocentrum miniatum , Phalaenopsis amabilis ,,(www.sbs.utexas.edu/anneke/Orchids/amabilis.htm )..
Phalaenopsis violacea , Vanilla planifolia

The specific features in the Orchids is to have the winged insect land on the "lip" then extend the pollen over the insect by another structure called the "column".

Insect pollinated flowers have no specific structural feature , and many form-factors are used.

Extreme example is the Rafflesia tengku-adlinii
..(http://www.earlham.edu/~givenbe/Rafflesia/rafflesia/biodiv2.htm)..
where the smell of rotting meat is used instead.

different bugs can take in in basic terms a number of the slack. while it comes time to pollinate vegetation, honeybees are trucked in to do the job throughout the fast era that the plant existence would be pollinated. There are not adequate community bugs to handle the job effectively. restoration is iffy. CCD seems to impact the trucked bees the main, wild bees little or no and species different than honeybees under no circumstances. in spite of the shown fact that, there is a few wish that a reason and therapy have been found.

wai l is right ... there is no general features of insect pollinated flowers. If you had asked about beetle pollination, or bee pollination, or moth/butterfly pollination you would have gotten more specific answers.
