It will heal just fine. My son split his lip when he was 2 (including tearing that connecting piece of skin) and the doctor said that there wasn't anything to be done for that part (it couldn't be fixed, in other words) and it would just heal on its own. She said that 1 in 5 children tear the top or bottom (or sometimes both) before the age of 5.
It'll be fine, probably just a little tender. Keep an eye on it for infection, but probably less than a week from now you won't be able to tell the difference.

It will heal. My son was sucking on a cup and his little brother bumped into him. The cup cut the flap on the top between the top lip and teeth. There is a little flap and the doctor said that it would heal by it's self.

That little piece of skin is called a frenom. It is a muscle .i worked in a dental office for many years. We used to cut those whenever making dentures.Because they were too strong in some cases and used to pull the dentures out of peoples mouths. So it's not going to hurt or bother her.It will be hanging there because the other end is still attached.Just for looks if you want it removed,it will take the dentist about 5 minutes to numb and to cut it off.Nothing to worry mom.

It will be fine my daughter has done that plenty of times. What you really want to watch for is her tooth depending on how hard she hit she could have damaged her tooth. Check for pus like forms or graying of the tooth once you see this take her to the dentist right away. They probably won't do anything yet but keep and eye on it. My daughter hit her front top tooth about a year ago and it's all brown and looks funny, but it's not in desperate need to be pulled yet. If they damage their baby teeth it can affect the adult teeth. So if you notice any change in her tooth then get her in to get it check so that they can keep an eye on it.

It'll probably heal on its own, you could just phone her dr just to check. Also if it is a little swollen you could put some ice wrapped in a towel over her lip

If she fell on thursday, there isn't much the doctor can do now. If it gets infected, have her seen. Clean the area with hydrogen peroxide if she will let you.

I'm no doctor, but it seems she might risk getting an infection. You might want to take her to a doctor and have them take it out, depending on how much hangs. They'll be able to let you know what to do. It sounds like it could use attention.
