If it's completely defrosted, it should take about 30 minutes (at 350). It will take longer if it is still somewhat frozen. When you think it's done, check by cutting into the largest part of the piece. If it is no longer pink and the juices run clear, it should be ready. Good luck.

I bake my chicken breast for 45 - 60 minutes at 350 degree
Hint: For Moist, Succulent Chicken w/ Flavor......
Place foil at bottom of pan. Use butter spray to cover bottom. Add chicken, and cover w/ foil.
Trust me...... This would be some Tender, Juicy, Chicken!

Put pan in oven and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown. Turn chicken and cook for another 15 minutes. Heat oven to high heat (210-220 C). You can add oil if needed.

30 min. per lb. at 350 oven. Cover at end if it browns too much. Make sure to remove innards from inside and neck before cooking. I rinse mine with salt water first and put rosemary in the cavity if I'm not stuffing it. good luck.
