There is really nothing under $1.50 that will sufficiently feed you for 7days in a row and provide you the correct nutrition. Your best bet would be crackers, peanut butter or a loaf of bread.

Pasta Roni, Rice a Roni they're like 1.25, Mac and Cheese they sometimes go for a dollar, some of those frozen foods they go around the dollar zone. Cup noodle soups they're like 80 cents or something.

Bake Beans. 3 can for a dollar. Pasta of any kind. Soup(homemade) you can make a lot. In fact,you can get a chicken and boil it. Eat the meat in a sandwich and use the both for soup. Barrow the veggies from neighbors.
