Assuming all meat is well wrapped. Fish and Poultry for 3 months , a little longer if it show no freezer burn when unwrapped.
Beef- 6 months to 1 yr. if well wrapped and shows no freezer burn. The real trick to good freezing is to wrap things really well. Freezer paper is the best. It keeps the coldness from close contact with the meats. You can use tin foil or plastic wrap but it really is only for the minimum times because the cold, frozen air tends to burn the meat and causes it to dry out and become tough and taste like the freezer.

I cooked a large turkey one time that was in my freezer a little over
1 year and it was excellent. As long as the air does not enter
when the turkey is in the freezer and you do not have any freezer
burn it will be fine.

You could probably leave it in there for a while. I'm not certain of a specific timeline. Frozen foods can last a while if properly sealed. (Otherwise the taste may be ruined by being freezer burned.) I wouldn't recommend a long period of time - such as years or decades. I'm guess you may be able to keep it for a month or so.

I kept one in the freezer for over a year, it was just fine. Any more time I'm afraid it will freezer burn and lose most of it's flavor.
