There are many reasons you should not, your bodies are not really developed you have unsettled hormones and emotions, the sex is either meaningless, or attached to emotions that you are not experienced enough to deal with. I don't know any young girl, or guy who was proud of the fact they were someones prize in a conquest. High school can be tough as it is you don't need added rumors. Then there are the other obvious reasons, like STD. and pregnancy. You didn't state what age is old enough but at least 18 is legal.

I'm twenty-five years old. Have three kids. All my kids were by the same woman. To answer your question, comes easy for me. First reason is anything can happen, example, you can get pregnant. And if you do get pregnant the guy might not be there any more, or you could lose the baby at birth. Yes, it did happen to me with my youngest. He was a twin. So before you make your choice take those things into consideration.

Well, for sex you have to be both physically and mentally ready. You shouldn't have any doubts, if you don't want the person to leave you right after maybe you should wait awhile and see if their right for you. Younger girls arnt ready for sex because their bodies arnt fully developed. But I believe a big reason why people wait is for religious reasons. Or they just want to know they'll be with the person forever.

Well, from a man's point,
At a young age, Its impossible for you to know what to do, as to how to do it and enjoy what you are doing.

You don't know who your partner has been with, prior to being with you. So, who ever he has been with and who ever they (his partners) have been with, he (your partner) will bring all these people to you (oooh nasty).

back in my day, having sex was safe an fun, but now, you don't know what's in that box of candy, that should have been condoms.

If and when you decide that you want to have sex, tell your partner that you want him to be tested for STD's and you would be tested as well. If he backs out, then you know that he's not the one for you. If he comes back to you, days or perhaps a week later and agree to the testing, stick to your guns, ---- it too late, for all you know, he probably had something at that time and now it has cleared up.

sex is much better when you wait.

Look around, you know the girls who have lost there virginity, they may be cute and acting nice, but they have there popularity is because they gave it up. Thats what it cost them to be noticed in high school and sometimes in college. (Nice girls finish last).

Having sex at an early age prooves what:
You can have a baby --- That you can't take care of
You may have to drop school --- NO FUTURE -- Used goods
You miscarry because your body can't take it -- body not ready
The father may not stay with you for the child - too young
Catch a Fatal INCURABLE ILLNESS --- AIDS, HERPES, ECT...
Get to know yourself better and the man you want to be with.
Talk is cheap, observance is the key. You learn more
Having sex at an early age leads to complications later in life.
Early sex causes the body to be force to adjust due to actions.
In many cases, early sex, cause discomfort and irritablity.

LOTS AND LOTS OF UNWANTED BABIES. Do you really want to be the thirteen-year-old pregant laughingstock of your school? Didn't think so. Oh, and the guy will probably leave you and hurt your feelings, but that's not really important.

By the way, you should probably learn some simple grammar rules before thinking about sex.

YOU'RE = you are: YOU'RE NOT OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE SEX, BECAUSE YOU'RE PROBABLY THIRTEEN
YOUR = possessive: YOUR UNWANTED BABIES WILL SUFFER

Honestly, it's a lot of responsibility! And once you sleep with some, your emotions get stronger, which messes with your ability to make the best decisions for you. Plus, you can't just sleep with anyone...and it's a given that they "really" like you before you sleep with them but what about after?

Once you have sex, you can never go back to the way you were before...

Pregnancy, which will completely change your life, aids which will eventually end your life, std's which can be painful, come back even after treated and some, like herpes that will NEVER go away, opens your life up to higher risk of sexual abuse. Please wait if you are not ready. Its not a sin to wait to have sex. Good luck and best wishes!

Well mostly because the guy is so inexperienced and scared he cant get it up, also, cause a relationship is like Elmers glue, it can still fall apart, but when you have sex, in a relationship its like industrial super glue, if something falls everthing is going with it.

STD's that cause cancer is a big one but mainly your spiritual health and your worth as a woman, who is worth the wait. You may or may not be a Christian but the biggest tactic to rob a woman of her worth is to share your body with someone who it is not intended to be shared with.
