The police were giving demonstrations today at my work. They picked me out of the crowed and showed how it was impossilbe to escape from police cars. They handcuffed my hands behind my back and put me in the back seat. He said "Get out". I tried to open the door but it was locked:
I decided to really get out. I brought my knees to my chest and slid my hands under my butt. It only took me about 2 seconds to get my hands in front of me. Then I noticed that the front door was opened. The front seat and back seat is seperated by a glass divider. However there is a small hole in it (kinda like the back windows in pickup trucks). I crawled through it and went out the front door!
I feel so pround! But it is amazing how easy that was.
I was wondering if anybody could do this. Can you:
1. Get your hands from behind you to the front of you?
2. Crawl through a small window?

you didn't "escape" from police..what you did was get out of a demonstration the police were putting on. In reality..if you were arrested..they would of used full force to keep you secure n custody.

I think there was an X-Files episode where Scully had ropes tied behind her back and she did what you did to bring her arms to the front and untie them. So I tried it, and it worked, haha.
Although you have to consider that for one, the officers won't leave arrested criminals long enough to do that, and if you do manage to escape, you're in for a harder sentence; and two, most criminals are either too dumb to think of it or not flexible enough. Men are a lot bulkier, too.

Yeah i out ran one once in my Iroc z-28 yrs ago,woooweeeeee,man i was sh!tting razer blades.I was proud but then latter on in life i found myself in a state corectional center in Wilmington DE,yeah,yeah,Gander Hill.So i'v slowed my life stile down and picking up peices that have been dropped through the yrs of stupid crime ways.Be safe,cause you can get hurt in a sec..................

What you are forgetting is the absolute beating you would recieve after making your "daring escape" from the police car.

yes i can and have done this when I was arrested for real. trust me when they figure out that you can do that they will get mad and put you in restraints.
