I have 20 foot celings and would like to add a 2nd floor bedroom above the open area, how much per sqft?

I am buying a Townhome that has a 20 ft ceiling on the 1st floor, I would like to utilize the space above to build a floor that would be a bedroom. How much per sq ft to build a floor, add carpet , small closet and wiring? The room would be aprox 10x10.

SUBTRACT +/- 15 TO 20 SQ/ FT FROM YOUR AREAS BUILDING COST... LIKE I TOD MY BUDDY WHO THOUGH I COULD JUST SEND OVER SOME GUYS FOR A COUPLE OF HUNDRED... I TOLD HIM, " YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE TO DRIVE BY AND SPIT ON YOU FOR A COUPLE OF HUNDRED"
