As answered already, it's Google Earth: http://earth.google.com/
You can see maps using the same satellite/aerial photo data on Google Maps as well, but without the fancy zooming & tilting & other features. Just click on Satellite or Hybrid in the map display: http://maps.google.com/
NASA also has a similar free open source program called World Wind: http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/
Besides Earth, it can also show the moon, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, a star map, Mercury, Saturn, and even the Death Star: http://www.worldwindcentral.com/wiki/Worlds

Google earth is the program in which you could see streets using the satellite. But i would recommend using the website since it is much easier ans saves you time of installing the program.

Google earth. You can download the software. It is very good. I could see my car in my driveway.
Just enter GOOGLE EARTH into the Google search bar, it will come up. No sweat.
