Try to get over him. Try to start thinking of him as just a friend. Who knows if they will stay dating. You can learn about him, but just try not to keep thinking of him in the way you used to. It will be hard at first, but be loyal to your friend.

Try to steal him.
The smartest way to go would be to get them to break up first, then wait a little while before making your move on him. If you do this you can start going out with the guy and still keep you best friend.
Try spreading a rumour about your friend. Hopefully this will get back to the guy. Once he hears that she is easy or has hepatitis he is likely to break up with her.
Then your path is clear to move in on this guy.

Nothing, he is going out with yuor best friend. Just because YOU feel something towards him doesn't mean he HAS to feel the same towards you. Time to grow up and learn how to deal with the real world.

If your best friend likes him enough and you like seeing her happy, then let them be. If the guy you like or your friend isn't happy then eventually they'll break up (but give it time, dont do it youself) and hes free to you. I'd give better advice, but im in a huryy. sorry!!!!!!
