No - I got a DUI a few years ago and couldn't drive from work between Chicago and Indianapolis and couldn't afford to have someone take care of my 2 cats, 1 dog while I was gone. Therefore I had to take the stinkin Greyhound bus every two weeks. It about broke me but the answer is no.
