My 15 year old niece has gotten way too flirty with me. She knows she can embarass me easily so she is always flashing me her boobs and panties just to get a reaction out of me. I should really tell her mother but I don't want to get her in trouble as she is basically a good girl, honor roll, volunteers at the humane society, etc.

Tell her that what she is doing is making you uncomfortable, and that because she is your cousin you actually find it kinda weird that she does not have a problem with what she is doing, but you need to stress that it makes you feel uncomfortable because she is your cousin, and that the only women you want to do that for you is your girlfriend, and that she should only want to show herself to her boyfriend when she gets old enough. Tell her that if you guys were 5 or 6 playing on the play ground when she was not developed that would be one thing but now that she has the body of a young lady that's how she should carry herself. You need to tell her parents! You could end up being the one that gets in trouble. At 15 she knows what she is doing. She isn't really a good girl if she goes around doing this in front of you. And she could be doing it around other men, who could end up taking advantage of her. You really should say some thing to her parents before something happens.

You better watch for this sexy little nympho which is what she seems to be. She could get you in a lot of trouble. And her Mother probably wouldn't believe her little sweet 15 yr old would do such naughty things.I have had this happen to me before and I ran away as fast as possible

Be blunt, but nice and let her know that just isn't cool. Tell her if she wants to practice being flirty (not flashing) you have friends she could meet. Then let her know that flashing relatives is gross.
