The coffe machine makes coffee that tastes metallic. Is it the ground coffee beans that something happens to them minerally or is it the machine?

You need to run the machine with a cleaner to remove the mineral build-up that occurs from the heating water, something like CLR, but make sure you read the label or your owners manual, and make sure it is safe to run through your machine. I also recommend running a couple of cycles of clean water through it after you clean it.

Clean the coffee maker by running a pint of white vinegar through it. Put it on and let the vinegar start to go through then stop and wait a few minutes. Turn it on again a let the vinegar finish running through. ( Do it again with a second pint if you've been using the coffeemaker for awhile without doing this). Then run through a few pots of just water to rinse it out. Leave the basket in place for all of this even if your machine can run without the basket in place so the basket gets a good cleaning too.

Probably the machine, try running vinegar thru a coffee cycle and then run fresh water thru the coffee cycle 2 or 3 times and this should cure the taste......
