OMG why did the damn chicken cross the road i've heard that joke so many different time and many different answers. So why did the chicken cross the road, i mean what was he try to acomplish by crossing it?

Like the old saying goes, "the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence", then once you get there, the original side looks greener and back goes the chicken until he gets flatten by a big semi truck.
