as much as she wants.

She should have access to dry food at all times(puppy food is best),and some meat(fresh or canned)twice a day.I would also put her on a good dog vitamin.I like Pet -Tabs Plus. You can get them from your vet or at a pet store. Also give her eggs and yogurt, they are a really good source of protein and fat to keep her and the pups healthy.I would cook the eggs,as raw egg whites are not good, and only plain, unsweetened yogurt. You can give it to your pups as well, when you start to feed them puppy food(at about 4-5 weeks).

Good grief. You should have been in close contact with your vet the entire time. Not to mention have done a lot of research before breeding your dog. That's a very basic thing you need to know if you're breeding. Are you aware of the many things that can go terrible wrong during the birth? You are placing your dogs life at risk. She is far too young mentally to be giving birth anyways. It's sickening.

first that depends on the brand of chow you feed your dog most recognised brands would give instructions as to the required amount needed for mothers,
second you would need to see how much pups she has this also would change her nutrition requirement's,
next i would ensure that she has a milk replenisher to drink base on the number of pups some first time mothers body after the first couple of days may not produce enough milk to supply her pups required needs you would observe based on the time she spends away from them.
if you do not use chow consult you vet as to the required nutritional diet for your dog having pups would drastically change her diet seek profesional help diffrent breeds diffrent requirments
and last ensure that you are very attentive to your dog's needs especially water ensure every hour to offer her fresh water to drink don't ever leave water in a bowl always offer her water when she finishes drinking throw away remaindings and do this every hour if you can't get someone trustworthy to assist you it's very important,
and good luck with your first batch remember however that if your dog's pups is not for commercial use to have her spayed after the first time and if you are giving away the pups spend a little time going around to the homes you plan to give them to and observe there habits make sure it's people you are comfortable with and that they are careing indivuals also visit these pups from time to time to ensure they are treated propely.after all they are a life form and should be treated with due respect.
And remember always keep atleast one pup for the mother, good luck

she needs to be feed PUPPY food even now and right up until you wean the pups - she should get 3 meals a day... she should be allowed to eat until she is full but its impossible for anyone to tell you how much food that will be - since foods vary in quality from junk like ALPO where you would have to feed a lot more ... to a top quality food like INNOVA where you would feed a lot less (less filler = more nutrition)

You'll definitely need to feed her more otherwise she'll become malnourished. Probably as much as she wants. And you'll need to switch her to puppy food. Ask your vet how much to give.

Usually double. Spread over two feeds
Puppy food is for puppies, not whelping bitches.
Check with your vet for worming regime for her and the pups.
