My boyfriend and I live in San Diego. This list is specifically for San Diego but most could be adapted for other locations.
These are my favorite romantic dates in San Diego. Sometimes a little extra effort is all it takes to turn an ordinary event into a romantic experience that both of you will never forget. Focus on romance and it will happen anywhere, anytime, any place.
1. Watch the fireworks from Sea World while enjoying an intimate bonfire on a San Diego beach.
2. Share a spectacular sunset with the person you love.
3. Take an evening kayak journey under the stars.
4. Bicycle along the coast.
5. Cuddle together in a horsedrawn carriage touring the waterfront.
6. Cruise the Bay for romance on the water.
7. Ride a gondola while snuggling and sipping wine.
8. Enjoy an intimate dinner right on the beach.
9. Picnic at Balboa Park and explore this park hand-in-hand.

I've never done anything romantic but my boyfriend always surprise me with many things.
On our two years anniversary, he blind-fold me and took me to a really nice place with 100 feet waterfall. We had picnic next to it and he prepared all the meals. He got me all my favorite food expecially strawberry that shapes like a heart^_^. He took the Ipod out and plug it in a speaker. It was a romantic soothing music and began to read me a poem that he wrote. Then he gave me a painting of us that he did. It was really nice and heart melting. The first time I felt I was a princess!!!^_^

The most romantic thing i have ever heard of was kissing on the beach under the stars. <3 My fairy talee.

I woke up one morning to find I love you Kelly spelled out in rose petals inside a big heart of rose petals with 2 dozen roses there too.
