I am from Illinois
but I am currently in SC where my husband is stationed.
Last I knew, it was legal, or else we drank a lot of it illegally.
Try calling your local liquor store or bar. I am sure they would know!!

I don't know, but why wouldn't it? That's kind of crazy, cuz I'll bet they don't put a limit on any other types of alcohol!

i know its illeagal in ohio but we buy it in wv lol-its for sale all day long there -that is some harsh sh!t though-95%alcohol-wheeeew-ive had a couple days where i woke up drunk-not hungover-still drunk lol-if it is leagal and ya get some just mix it-that sh!t will kill ya strat

++ I don't think you will find it at stores in town, but you can find it on military bases at their package stores.
My advice just stay away from it.
