Have Windows XP. No error message - simply displays the CD directory. Same installation CD works fine on other PC's.

click on your MyComputer on the desktop then right click on your CDdrive Icon and select properties, Click on the AutoPlay tab. Make sure the "Prompt Me" is selected and click OK. Or IM me and I'll send you an autorun repair tool.

It's not a problem. Simply open your CD directory; there must be an executable there which launches the Installation Wizard.

Go to My Computer and double click the CD/DVD Drive it's in. Autoplay was disabled on your computer, which from a security standpoint, is actually a good thing.

Try one of these go to my computer and right click on the cd icon and select autoplay or open.

or go to Start>Run and type d:SETUPPRO.EXE

It looks as if the autoplay feature has been turned off on your computer. You may be able to change the autoplay setting by selecting properties when you right click on the cd icon.

Go to MY Computer double click on the CD drive or right click and hit explore. Look for SETUP and double cllick on it. It then should run the software.
