ok, my friend really likes me (its reallyreally obvious) and he hugs me a lot and he follows me after school. at lunch he would not let go of me and i didnt know how to tell him to back off, cuz i dont want to be rude or anything...i like him, but only a touch, and besides, im madly inlove with this other guy. how should i tell him that i need a little more space and that i dont like him like THAT?

He'll tire. Besides, why not keep a back up plan in case your eye candy turns out to be sour? It's not worth it, telling someone you're not interested. Ya never know what the future holds. Good luck.

It is doubtful you know what that kind of love is. You don't like one person even a little if you are madly in love with some one else. Why do kids have so much drama. Save it for the real world.

Be honest with him, tell him that hes a nice guy and all but you have feelings for someone else and that's not fair to him. I mean I understand that you don't want to hurt his feelings but you need to just tell him that your not into him like that. If he's really your friend he will understand.

OOOH! thats hard. The best way I deal with it is I try to like hint it to them. not like REALLY OBVIOUS but like a kind little 'I don't want to hurt you but...' hint. you know? like just say, 'yeah, I hate when people just are so clingy' or something nicer if you can. just an easy little way. or try to get his attention on another girl.
