I think it's kind of hard to diagnose your cat online without knowing any particulars about him or even how old he is. Your best bet is to go to a vet where an actual professional can tell you exactly what's wrong and what your options are to help him. Best of luck, I know how scary having a sick kitty can be!!

mabey he got outside? my cat is a indoorcat also and escaped out side for about 5-10 minutes and didn't move off the couch the rest of the night! I took her to the vet the next day and she said she was just scared. I wasnt long and my cat was back to normal..She was just very scared. I am very careful now be cause I think I was very worried about her..she wasn't acting normal...also when I finally got her back in she was howling like crazy!! very scary

many times as a cat gets older she'll loose weight. i think of that a cat is seen a senior at 7 and older. i could take her to the vet just to make optimistic she would not have a extra significant concern.

If he has been outside, it could be a couple of things: stress, pain due to an unseen injury or something more sinister - he ate something he shouldn't. If I were you, I would take the cat to the vet just to rule out poisons or internal injury. (Your cat isn't drooling or vomiting is he?)

I haven't ever had a cat do this (and I hope I don't ever have one do that, sounds scary). But I would definatley take him to the vet. What ever it is, it can't be good. I would do this as soon as you can just to be safe. I haven't ever heard of this. Good luck and I pray that everything is okay with him!

he's probably scared. check if he has any injuries or stings, my cat got stung by a bee and he was like that too. if he doesnt get better in a few days then i suggest you take him to the vet or call one.

Your cat should be taken to a vet as soon as possible. My mother recently waited too long to take her beloved cat to the vet and he died in her arms before she got him to the vet. She can hardly forgive herself. Please take your cat to the vet.

Sounds like your kitty has been poisoned.
Please take it to the vet before it dies.
