Peanut butter, rice, and almost anything devoid of fiber. Some people have a naturally slow digestive process which can make constipation an issue. Two things that will help or actually eliminate this problem, increase your fiber and water intake. My suggestion is a glass of metamucil twice a day along with a daily intake of one gallon of fresh water. I can almost guarantee this will eliminate your problem.

A diet of more fruits, vegetables, and grains and less meat generally helps constipation. Lots of fatty foods, white breads, fast food, frozen dinners... these things tend to cause it. Foods high in fiber help, as do adequate fluids. Bananas are often used as a treatment for diarhhea, so they'd probably make constipation worse. Prunes, dates, figs, plums, apples... these things tend to help, though your best overall bet is a diet high in fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains.
And if it gets too bad, don't hesitate to ask the doctor for medicine to help. Sometimes if you can treat it with medicine a couple days, it kind of kicks your body back into gear.

i dont think theres food bad for constipated. but good for it are those rich in fiber. Try eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Dairy will aggervate your bowels definitely. Try drinking prune juice or taking a stool softener it should help unclog those intestines.
