I have a sore in my mouth, its on my cheek(inside). it hurts really bad. and ideas on what im talkin bout?? if so plz plz plz tell me the quickest way on how to get rid of it....

Most likely is a canker sore. Rinse your mouth often with warm saltwater or with antiseptic mouthwash. Avoid acidic foods such as apples, fruit juices, sodas, etc.

i have a really weird solution, but believe me it works. go to the store to the spice aisle and buy a small bottle of alum. put a bunch on the sore, it will sting like hell at first, but it will go away very quickly. try it and see for yourself.::)

I would just swish w/ warm salt water. It will sting, but it will speed up the healing process.

baking soda and water rinse your mouth with it
