i have a bump where i was poked when i donated blood and my arm hurts a little bit right there...is that safe?

yes its normal, they use large needles so you'll have a little bit of scar tissue form under the injection site and it may be tender for a couple days. put an ice pack on it for a little while. it will get better. :)

Yes, nothing unusual about it at all. When they draw blood from me I have the same type of "problem".
