you can not buy or sale with out it.
Arrest or kill anyone who resist the card.

Prisons from Old Army Base's.

Look out for the CARD with the Gold,
because its the ONE that can
be planted into the skin without any problems.

I am active duty military. The "gold" is a chip that contains your identification for scanning and what not in secure areas. The bar code is primarily used in the medical fields where you can scan your card input your pin (yes you do have a PIN for your ID card just like an ATM card); and it will pull up your medical records.
Now that is the perfect world. Reality at least the U.S. Army is that it is all on paper still and these the ID card features are useless. We do not have "chips" or "strips" implanted. We are on the other hand given a few shots not given to the general public. Shots for things beyond just smallpox, and anthrax. My medical history is being tracked by the government due to a shot I recieved in basic and had to sign a waiver to get. What did I know, we were just told to "sign this" and then got a shot, and then told about the repercussions.
So we are not bionic yet, but we are lab rats.
