I think sometimes the thrill of the chase is fun and that happens when you know a guy likes you but he's not ALL over you - however that game gets old fast and then you just want the guy to be nice to you and tell you how he feels. lol

I've never had a guy do that to me but if i were her then i would thank you for the compliments but lay off the sexy compliments, just encase my parents ever found out while i was having a conversation or someting with a friend online or on the phone. personally, i like it when girls like me act hard to get and boys still like the girl instead of backing off.

Some do. It really depends on the woman and her tastes. A less experienced woman would be confused if a guy played hard to get. However, experienced or not, it's one thing to feel loved, it's another completely to be annoyed by compliments consistantly.Ease up a little bit. Maybe every couple of days or when she looks like she really tried to look good. Good luck.

Showering her with compliments sounds phoney!!! You are too young to be telling a young girl that she is sexy.....what is the matter with you. That sounds like you are propositioning her. Just be nice, be sincere and don't make a big secene in front of a group of people. Learn early.....stop playing relationship games.

it's human nature for one to want what they cannot have. playing "hard to get" is more appealing, like the bad-boy kind of approach. also- girls don't like to be showered with tons of compliments, it comes across as insincere. instead, choose what you are going to say carefully. but don't sound rehearsed. i don't think this ruined your chances...just cool it a bit. best of luck ;)

we don't like guys who play hard to get but you don't need to over-do it, you might have scared her off, ask her if you did scare her off and apologize, just tell her you wanted to be honest w/her.
