I wonder what J-lo thinks, or her husband. You want to tell them about your instincts?

Many of our ideas about sin have come from the writings of holy men, not the writers of the Bible. It has been from the writings of past Popes, Apostles, and Saints that we garner what is sinful and what is righteous. Remember, God only gave Moses ten commandments. One of those commandments was "Thou Shall Not Commit Adultery," meaning that you shouldn't sleep with someone who was married to someone else. It said nothing about it being wrong if neither of you were married.

Many of the sexual sins came about during the Dark Ages. The Catholic Church needed to find a way to discourage the peasants from practicing their old pagan religions. One of the main rituals in these traditions was something called the Great Rite, which is raising power through the sex act. Since the Catholic Church made sex a sin, anyone who loved freely was a sinner or heretic and therefor punishable. Demonizing sex was the easiest way of getting hold of the population, and the stigma surrounding sex and lust is still around today.

Yes, you've sinned. But everyone has sinned its not humanly possible for us not to sin. Good news. You can be free from that sin. If your a christian already ask God for forgive you. If you not Jesus Christ Gods one and only son died on the cross to let you be free from sin. Pray to him and ask him to come into you heart and wash away all of the sins you have already done and the ones you will do in the future. Its that simple. If you have any questions just contact me or any other strong Christian you know.

Also in the bible you could read Romans and John

Only if you look at J-lo with lust. I have heard of instincts. In the Bible they are called the nature of man, or the "flesh". It comes from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil... you know... part of that sin nature that we are all prone to. We are not to judge others for what we all share... or for anything else.

To look at one lustfly Jesus said is commiting adultry of the heart. To have hatred of someone is to have commited murder in your heart. You are not to steal, lie, disobey your parents, or to be jealous of what other people have. Breathing is definetly not one of the ten commandments. I know it must feel like you can't do anything right. Mankind was born in sin thanks to Adam and Eve. Therefore it is in our nature. The good news is that you can go to God in prayer nd admit your sins. Admit that you are powerless without him and that you need his help and he will forgive your sins. Thank the Lord that he sent his son to die so terribly on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven.

No one sins by looking at anything. Sin is in the will, the mind and the intention. It's what happens in your mind that may or may not be a sin.

Don't know why I'm giving this a serious answer.

Sex should be a part of your integral personhood. In other words, you shouldn't want someone because you're attracted to their body; you should want someone because that's how you can express your love for them -- *all* of them, body and soul. IOW, you don't want *sex*, you want *them.* Maybe if you've never really been in love, you can't understand this, but I hope you will someday.
