All I will tell you is it's a 2000 Cab. There isn't that much left and it's reasonably priced @$200 a case from a dealer friend. I want the rest for myself. Delicious!

The best wine I ever had was a Cabernet Sauvignon from Austin, TX... it was made by Slaughter Leftwich. I haven't been able to find it since. That was about 7 years ago. I think it was the best because it was so soft & smooth on the palate, it felt like it was already 1/2 way down your throat before you actually swallowed it. Does that make sense? It was dry, but rich & fruity @ the same time.
btw, I normally don't like cab sav. Strange, huh? :)

okay i have a favorite wine bottled in Dublin NC...hence Dublin wine, it has several flavors it is a sweet wine, nice on the palate, and tastes wonderful....now the white tastes better chilled wherein the scuppernog red tastes better at room temp.., once you taste it, you get the initial taste of the wine , then as it hits the back of your throat, it explodes with the taste of the grape...very nice....runs about $7.00 a bottle here in south Carolina, haven't found it yet int the northern regions...

Columbia Crest Grand Estates Chardonnay.
Buttery with a tropical fruit finish. It's very consistent from year to year.
Readily available in Los Angeles groceries, drug stores and wine shops. $6.99 - $13.99 a bottle.

My taste for wine is pretty strange since I'll drink old wine and still enjoy it. The kind I prefer is what I'm drinking now- cabernet sauvignon. Pinot Grigio is my second favorite.

Applebees has this sangria apple wine.
it has a lot of fruity variations, but its WONDERFUL!
