total nonsense, first the author presents this lie "The atheist has always maintained that there was no beginning.", and then proceeds to base an argument based upon it

The problem is that the argument hinges on the singularity which preceded the Big Bang being an *absolute* beginning. But science makes no claims about this. There is the so-called "oscillation" theory which states that the universe expands and then contracts back to a singularity, only to expand again. And if "God" can be eternal, why can't this process of universal oscillation also be eternal? Furthermore, it leaves aside the issue that there may well be other universes (some physicists state more strongly that there *must* be).
So sorry -- you'd do better to stick with Aquinas and the cosmological argument.

Bravo to you for trying,Regina,but for most,if not all,atheists aren't going to believe anything that even hints that they may be wrong. But there will come a day when they will believe,and they will remember each and every time they have heard or read about God and they will remember each time they had a chance to accept the free gift of salvation and turned it down repeatedly.But then it will be too late for them.They think Christians are delusional,but sadly they are the delusional ones and are being played by the greatest player of all..satan. My heart is heavy for each of them,but we have tried to show them the truth countless times. Matthew 10:14 says that if they don't take heed to our words,we are to shake off the dust of our feet.We can continue to pray for them,but there comes a time where you just have to let it go,and go to the ones with open ears,eyes and hearts who wish to receive the truth.

Why would Regina P need me to validate her belief in a god that does not exist except in the minds of those who need to believe in a god? Quit being lazy and using "y" instead of why. Concentrate on why you are too lazy to figure out how ridiculous believing in god is. If he exists may he strike you down right now. See... he doesn't exist. I prayed that he would kill you and you are still alive. I am supposed to be able to move a mountain with the faith of a mustard seed but mustard seeds don't have faith but they do grow and mustard sure kills the taste of cheap hot dogs made of pig lips, intestines, scraps, etc. You need to believe because you have too much free time and little time to educate your mind. Read the scriptures and you will see it is written to serve man not any god. Titheing is proof. Gods don't need any money or tithe. Only greedy shameless preachers on t.v. filling auditoriums need money not god. Look at what believers really believe in by the shameless greed of flashy clothes, jewelry, cars, cell phones, etc. People can only worship their own greed, selfishness and their sexuality. Nothing less. That is the nature of man and is the weak point of the bible saying, "all are sinners" because we cannot serve anything else but earthly needs and is why there is no god. Never was never will be. I hate god if there is one. God told me to hate all christians. I am god.

It may be wrong. There is no concrete evidence for a Creator. The fact that we are here is not evidence. The fact that the universe seems to have started from a single point is no evidence. Not ever question has an answer just yet. In fact, we may never find the answer.

Your preaching to the choir here. God does exist and Jesus is my Lord! if you don't want to accept that, then you have free will and God gave you that. how can someone choose to love unless they have the choice too?
