You are correct in saying the British used the Aryan link to occupy and enslave.
The Aryans are a race, however, and you probably are the descendent of the Aryans.
The Britons who perverted the history of the Aryans were semitic religion following savages who looked to capitilise on ignorant Indians.
The biggest problem with people is they believe the lies and perversion that the semitic religions push about the true history of the Aryan peoples.
Aryans range in skin tone from white to near black. We are the best at acclimatising of all the core races of mankind.
Aryans are NOT exclusively white or fair skinned, this is the "modern" take on "race" which is false and used as a means of division and misinformation.
Indo-Aryans didn't invade India, that is a myth. India is the product of Indo-Aryan and Dravidian(mediterraenean-Aryan) peoples.
