If you are under 21 you're underage drinking, which is illegal in and of itself. That you were driving while drinking is adding insult to injury, which is why the law is so severe about this offence. This is why you are now going to court. You are lucky if the judge doesn't throw the book at you... You will have your license revoked or a period of time, have to go to DUI driving school, probably a bit of community service, and even some jail time. Don't do it again, 'kay?

Birds of a feather,flock together.
I heard a traffic judge tell a 19 y/o in court that everyone can get a drivers license at 16, but they have to earn the right to keep it.
My nephew lost his license for 7 yrs, was on probation for 5 yrs and now at age 32 in finally figuring out what happens when you're out of control w/o the respect of who is in danger.

He can nonetheless throw a rock at your window, when you consider that he's not any longer the position he belongs. with slightly of success he will pay for his mistake through spending 3 years on probation. That tenure might want to comprise a even as gazing what takes position even as a mistake like using lower than the impression can do. i'm no longer from MA, so, by no skill-concepts.

Most likely, your license will be suspended until you are 21, (or whatever age the courts deem worthy of your licence being returned to you). Along with probation and community service, but then again it all depends on the court.

You will lose your license.
You will be put on probation.
(Belive me... that's nothing to laugh about.. one little mistake, and you're back in court looking at jail time.)
Your insurance will go... way up.
You will be ordered to do many, many hours of community service, which you will required to pay for, along with all the fines, and court costs.
Peeing out of the window?
You need to seriously reconsider who your friends are.
I'm surprised the sheriff never found the drugs.

Time to grow up dude.

They're going to try to say that you were drinking too because theres probable cause. So heres what you do. Go to the supermarket and find a cough suryp that contains alcahol. You go into court and heres what you say. "Your honor, I dont drink, those people that were in the car are passing acquaintances that were at the party who were two drunk to drive, I had been sick and I took some (whatever medicine) while I was there, I was just driving them home because they were too drunk". Get yourself cleaned up, wear some nice clothes, and for god sake remember the truth is only one tenth of the law.

i suppose the worst that could happen would be the judge really freaking out because all he needed was one more drunk minor case to make him go totally insane, so he pulls out a gun and shoots you. actually you should plead innocent and request a jury trial. then get a lawyer. they dont want it to go to trial because it will cost too much. usually they will reduce it to a lesser charge or possibly throw it out. you dont want a dui on your record because it will be there forever.

Underage drinking and DUI -- probably a fine, loss of license, and drug court. Good luck!
