My kids like to eat there bugers. What is the best way to stop it?
I notice my kids do not get sick that often and got a perfect attendance in school in the last two years. I'm been sick twice in the last three months, and my kids told me I should eat my bugers.

I find that once children understand the background of what they are doing "wrong", they generally stop on their own.

Explain to them as age appropriate, that "boogers" come from built up dirt and mucus from their nose. The more disgusting you make it sound,t he less apt they are to do it.

It is common for kids, but there is a point where you as a patent needs to tell them to stop. make punishments easy at first, but be more strict if they do it in public. Removing privileges or toys is a good way to start, and then ground them from a weekend function, or something else they really enjoy.

Expect to catch them in private once in a while, but make sure if you do catch them, they are still punished.

It's their own germs, how can it hurt them? I would tell them it is bad manners to do it in front of other people.
