Add potatoes quickly! It acts as a sponge by absorbing the salt.

If you have tofu, crumble that in. Tofu has no flavor and is not unlike ground beef in texture, so that can hide the saltiness.

Otherwise, thin it drastically with tomato sauce or marinari sauce (unsalted) and serve it with noodles.

Either make a new dish or add more bitter ingredients to it like herbs , but it really depends on what type of dish you're making.

it depends on what the dish is. if it is a cold dish you have to add more food or wash and drain it. for a hot dish you just add potatoes...then take them out.

Depends what you over salted...If its the meat/protein...wash it off...if its a sauce or soup or dressing, try adding lemon juice, sugar or vinegar to counteract the saltiness....if its everything, better luck next time

Try adding a can of diced tomatoes (undrained) and the extra liquid should take care of the extra saltiness.

If it's a sauce, soup or stew, add raw potatoes, to draw up salt.
