No its a old cliche... real old. The term was the belief in the Black culture to be a high-profile sexy lifestyle, and the attitudeness of a sassy black girl or the tough acting black guy, would intrigue someone so much that they would indulge and never go back to the old "whitey" lifestyle... its all bologna!
