I know that cats and dogs are naturally carnivores, but eat grass for fiber in order to clean out their systems. Could I eat grass for fiber? I don't think I'm getting the reccomended 25grams of fiber/day.

Good for you for wanting to get the right amount of nutrients in your diet everyday. Fibre is an important part of our diet, but we don't have to get it from grass thank goodness! You can get fibre supplements at any drug store or pharmacy. You can also opt for foods with bran or flax in them. There are many muffins, breads and granola bars that have these ingredients in them, or you can get recipes to make them yourself. Blueberries are the fruit that have the highest fibre, so try topping off your cereals with it. Best of luck!

I'm pretty sure you could, but i don't recommend it. grass tastes horrible, i know from a dare. I suggest going to the nearest drug store and getting some kind of fiber supplement. it is relatively inexpensive, and it is also allot cleaner than grass

I would highly recommend that you don't. Your stomach was never designed to handle grass. It could make you very sick. Besides, think of a place where grass would be clean enough to eat...animal droppings, chemical runoff and insecticide.....ugh! Try oatmeal instead. Best of luck.

I'd suggest psyllium husk capsules instead.
