Does the KKK have the right to assert the myth of a supreme race upon their children? It is their belief, and it is what they teach their children. It is a belief that many people disagree with, as is Christianity. When my children are grown and out of my house, they can decide what beliefs are right for them. Until then, I will assert my beliefs on them so when they get older, they will at least have something to decide about.

Breaking a rule set down by an authority figure and paying the price for it.

I should CERTAINLY HOPE SO!

Maybe you don't care if your kids run wild into the streets after you tell them not to (or maybe you don't care and don't tell them not to)!

That's what the ORIGINAL SIN IS. NOT doing as you were told.

Then PASSING THE BLAME TO SOMEONE ELSE, like a snake or a woman!

SHE MADE ME DO IT!

Yeah right!

All human beings have an ethical right to the freedom of religion. This includes teaching our children about the love of God.

With love in Christ.

it is what they suspect is great for them. in my opinion i think of babies ought to acquire the data approximately God and faith then be allowed to circulate with for themselves. Edit: I ought to disagree with somewhat some the comments on right here. Atheist provide their babies much extra reason to stay using fact they are rather alive. they have finished administration of their lives. they are able to circulate with to be chuffed and finished with finished lives which at the instant are not guided by making use of myths. they don't ought to stay in worry of hell, or delude themselves with a faux experience of love for and from some mythical being. they are able to comprehend that existence isn't meant to be honest and manage it. They understand the must be to blame for his or her strikes, the two stable and undesirable. and that they understand they are residing existence on their very own words.

Myth?

You don't have to tell a child to misbehave. They misbehave instinctually.

Now if you believe that children are basically born perfectly, then you yourself believe in a myth...

It's a shame to indoctrinate children like that. Let them find their own ways; but be a guide. Let them choose based on a fully-formed opinion, not just blind dogma. If you really beleive in your faith - and believe in your children - wouldn't you believe they'll choose yours?

To their own children, yes. To someone else's children, I personally think not.

You are free to raise your children how ever you choose, God has given us that responsibility as parents to raise them according to our belief system.
Myth to you, fact to us.
