A lot of a plant does not undergo photosynthesis: for example, roots don't, and neither do the trunks of trees. So these parts use cellular respiration. Also, what are plants suppose to do when it's cloudy? Plants create and store sugars so that it can be transported to other parts of the plant that don't carry out photosynthesis and for use when photosynthesis cannot occur; in both cases it is cellular respiration of the sugars that provides the cells with energy they need.

Well you're wrong with "electron" i believe. Although photosynthesis creates oxygen and glucose, although it gives the plant minimal energy, less than how much energy goes into forming the glucose. Now with the glucose the plant still needs energy. So it sends the glucose into cellular respiration. This turns the made glucose into energy. Some of this energy goes to growing the plant and little goes back into making more glucose.
