I wanna ask this girl out but shes one of those shy, quite,really into family type girls and shes never had a boyfriend berfore so how do i know she even wants a boyfriends (shes a junior in Highschol by the way) any advice?

You should start to be her best friend. Know her likes and dislikes. Do the little tricks by sending her anonymous friendly love letter. Later on you will know if she is ready to have a boyfriend.

try talking to her, and see if she likes you, or talk to her friends.
what grade are you in? sometimes it doesnt matter if shes interested in you.
ask people she knows if they know if shes interested in anyone.
usually girls dont "look" for a boyfriend (the shy and quiet ones) and they wait for the guy to make the move...because they are shy! lol i know...

ask her friends. if she's into guys and is interested, they would know lol
