a moment of ecstasy? I'm talking about an all encompasing feeling of joy and the "life feeling" in a purely physical sense that spilled over into the spiritual realm of yourself and dissolved all boundaries between your physical self and your outside reality at large. Have you ever felt the true unity? I'll know if you're not telling the truth.

I absolutely have! My husband and I both saved ourselves for each other, we were virgins on our wedding night. Not that I am saying our wedding night was pure ecstasy, cuz it wasn't. we have had to get to know each other, our likes and our dislikes, but I have felt a total union with my husband since then many, many times, like we are one! True unity!

I have felt exactly what you are describing - -I was riding my bike at the time, I'd just done about 80miles and then it hit me. Of course, my feeling was to do with a chemical trigger between body and brain due to the exercise. I'm afraid it is quite common, and you should look for the cause in the real physical world rather then some unproven spiritual connection.

Yes, I have. I was swept out of my body once. When it first started I felt myself kind of rising up it was so real I had to look down at my feet to see if they were still on the ground and then whoosh! Just pure power of some sort brought me out of my body and I saw the Lord. I was not aware of my body at all. All of a sudden I was back into my body just crying. To this day I still remember how neatly pleated his garment was over one shoulder--isn't that wierd!

many times , sometimes without reason and it just happens
i remember the first time it happened ... i was just taking my usual walk and quiet in my thoughts when i looked up at a tree and for the first time seen how immense it was ... and for some reason just started to cry
i have cried a few times due to an overwhelming feeling that seems to come from nowhere ... but it is a good feeling
