Since you are 13, I'd say a quick lip to lip kiss (not much longer than a peck), maybe with a hug thrown in. My first kiss was after a 7th grade dance by the lockers. I initiated it and I still remember it. I hope he does too =).

Don't listen to that guy with the dick thingy. That is just perverted and obviously he doesn't get any so he wants attention... I think that it just depends on who you are kissing and how long you have known them..also how much you like them too. I think that making out is fun..but with the right person.
