i want to ask this girl out but i dont know the right words to use

If the two of you have already started talking, or hanging out with friends or whatever then find something that the two of you have in common. And go from there. If there is a movie coming out that you know that she wants to see and you do too, then ask her if she'd like to go with you. Invite her out for coffee and dessert or something along those lines. If you have mutual friends see about double dating or something. Go to dinner or a sporting event.

Have you known her a while or have you just met? I only ask this cause it could make a difference. If you have just met then be direct so she knows you wanna be more than friends (otherwise you'll get stuck in the friend zone) - Find out what her interests are and work round that - get talking if she likes movies offer to take her to the cinema, if she likes bowling suggest going there etc etc.
On the other hand if you've known her a while then it could depend on how close you are and what signs she's giving you-
if it appears she thinks of you just as a friend and you go blurting out that your crazy in love with her it could cost you friendship - she may become shy around you - so take things slow

Just ask her out. Go up to her and talk naturally, then ask her if she might like to go out sometime....

dont run up to her and just randomly ask her out. have a casual convo. first and be like "want to go out with me (tomorrow)?"

Just walk up to her and be like " I have a very important question for you" and smile as you say it. And she'll be like "what is it?" and say " Will you go out with me", or "Will you be my girl?" Good luck!!!
